#43 PTA

In an attempt to be a responsible and informed parent I went to a PTA meeting at my son's school. I should also mention the class that had the most parents in attendance would win a pizza party, so there was another equally important reason, at least to a five year old. Most surprising to me was there was only one other father that attended, the rest were all moms. Topics of the night were the new middle schools, fundraising, volunteering etc. Trying to stay comfortable for 2 hours sitting on a chair built for grade school kid when your 6'2" proved to be the most challenging part of the evening.
