It's about 6 degrees outside and below zero with the wind chill. I've heard you can do this if it's cold enough outside, so today I took a pot of boiling water and vaporized it into thin air. This was really cool! I wish I would have done this while it was light out to get a better video, but the effect was still pretty cool.

oh fun! too bad it doesn't get cold enough here for that sort of experiment. we love doing experiments at our house.
